This alt-rock band features an indie sound that combines Nathan Harvie’s guitar and vocals with Rosalie Uggla’s close, natural harmonies. They’re backed by brothers Lino Rauzi on bass and Joe Rauzi on drums. After three years as a band, Vivielle has developed a loyal fan base. They were raised here, and say that Duluth’s music scene is the reason they exist. In August the band released its first full-length album, Something that Isn’t There. With the addition of Grace Holden from Red Mountain on trumpet, Vivielle now offers an appreciably expanded sound.
